Royal Aviation Museum
After an incredible 13-month journey with the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada, our team at echoic is thrilled to see the museum officially open its doors in Winnipeg.
Our local team worked closely with the museum's staff to design and plan the interior spaces, including its offices, hangar gallery, and meeting and event spaces, and to manage the delivery and installation of all the furniture in this stunning new facility.
From the beginning, the vision was a world-class museum, and the furnishings needed to live up to it. We started by meeting with the museum's team to understand their goals, with design and quality at the top of the list. We then visited the site during construction to get to know the building's layout, while the museum's team visited our Manitoba showroom to explore furnishing options.
Using what we learned, we created detailed furniture floor plans and design recommendations, planning each room to ensure a layout that was both attractive and practical. Once the layouts, colours, and designs were finalized, our team delivered and installed the furniture throughout the entire building, helping bring the museum's world-class vision to life.
